Title: Neutrino CP violation in the Standard Model and beyond
Abstract: The observation of neutrino oscillations provides striking evidence that the Standard Model of particle physics is incomplete. In fact, in order to describe neutrino oscillations new parameters need to be introduced to the model. While we have good knowledge of the neutrino mass splittings and mixings the question of leptonic CP violation remains open. In this talk I will discuss our current knowledge of leptonic CP violation and how new physics can resolve the tension in the current data from long baseline experiments.
