Abstract: The Reines and Cowan experiment, proving the Pauli´s Neutrino Hypothesis, showed how Anti-Neutrinos from Nuclear Reactor are excellent tools to investigate the physics of fundamental interactions. After a discussion of past landmark experiments on the field, we will discuss the most important ongoing measurements and future projects. In particular we will present the possibility of measuring the Neutrino Mass Hierarchy with the JUNO observatory. We will mostly focus on experiments with Brazilian contributions.
